Welcome to Volt28. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website www.volt28.in (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products (“Products”) offered by N28 Collective Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of Volt28 (referred to as “Volt28,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or purchasing from Volt28, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Site.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by N28 Collective Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, India.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use this website.

2. Eligibility

To place an order on Volt28, you must:

●       Be at least 18 years old, or use the site under parental supervision.

●       Provide accurate and complete information during checkout.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent, incomplete, or suspicious activity is detected.

3. Products & Availability

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability.
 We make every effort to ensure accurate descriptions, colors, and pricing. However, minor variations may occur due to screen settings or product updates.

Volt28 reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

●       All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST unless specified otherwise.

●       Payment can be made securely via Razorpay, PayU, or any other authorized gateway.

●       Volt28 does not store or access your payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS–compliant payment processors.

In case of payment failure, please contact your payment provider before reaching out to Volt28.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We partner with trusted logistics providers such as Shiprocket to deliver orders across India.

Delivery timelines:

●       Metro cities: 2–4 business days

●       Non-metro areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays. Volt28 will not be liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics.

6. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Warranty Policy for complete details.

Summary:

●       Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only.

●       Products must be returned in original condition and packaging with valid proof of purchase.

●       Approved replacements are shipped within 3–5 working days after inspection.

Non-returnable items include products damaged by improper use, water, burns, or modification.

7. Warranty Policy

All Volt28 cables include a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
 Warranty claims must be registered via our Warranty Registration Form or sent to warranty@volt28.in with proof of purchase.

The warranty does not cover:

●       Physical, accidental, or cosmetic damage

●       Wear and tear from normal use

●       Liquid or power surge damage

8. Intellectual Property

All logos, brand names, designs, product packaging, and content appearing on this website are the intellectual property of N28 Collective Pvt. Ltd.

No part of this website or its content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from N28 Collective Pvt. Ltd.

9. Limitation of Liability

Volt28 and N28 Collective Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

●       Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the product

●       Damages due to misuse, unauthorized modification, or third-party accessories

In all circumstances, Volt28’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. User Accounts & Communication

If you create an account or register your product, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

By using our website, you consent to receive:

●       Order confirmations, shipping updates, and service messages

●       Warranty and replacement notifications

●       Optional marketing communications (which you can unsubscribe from anytime)

11. Third-Party Services

We integrate with trusted third-party platforms like Razorpay, Shiprocket, Klaviyo, Interakt/Zoko, and Judge.me.

Each third-party service has its own privacy and data protection policies. Volt28 and N28 Collective Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for their independent practices.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

13. Modifications to Terms

Volt28 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice.
