At Volt28, we stand behind our products. We want you to feel confident and satisfied. This policy explains how returns, replacements and warranty-related service work for Volt28 products.
1. Eligibility for Replacement / Service
● Volt28 products purchased from the official Volt28 website (volt28.in) or through authorised e-commerce platforms are eligible.
● If your product arrives with a manufacturing defect, or fails within the covered warranty period (see our Warranty Terms), you may raise a replacement/service request.
● To be eligible, you must notify us of the issue within 7 days of delivery (for immediate defect on arrival) or within the warranty period for manufacturing issues.
● The product must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase (order number/invoice).
● Volt28 reserves the right to inspect the returned product and determine eligibility for replacement/service.
2. What is Covered
● Manufacturing defects (e.g., internal wiring fault, connector failure, charging malfunction) during the warranty period.
● Wrong item shipped (product model different from order).
● Defects present at arrival (please inspect and notify within 7 days).
3. What is Not Covered
● Damage due to misuse, physical abuse, water, fire, power surge or other external causes.
● Normal wear and tear (e.g., fraying of braided cable after long use) unless it’s a proven manufacturing defect.
● Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents) that do not affect functionality.
● Products returned without proof of purchase, original packaging or after the notified time‐window.
4. Return / Replacement Process
- Contact our support team at warranty@volt28.in (or through the “Warranty Registration Form” on our website) with:
○ Order number
○ Product name/model
○ Date of purchase
○ Photos/videos showing issue
○ Your contact & shipping details
- Our team will review your request and send instructions for returning the product (if eligible).
- Once we receive the item, our technical team will inspect it (typically within 4–5 working days).
- If approved, we will send a replacement unit (same model or equivalent) within 3–5 working days from approval.
- In rare cases where replacement is not feasible, we may offer a store credit or refund (per discretion and applicable laws).
5. Shipping & Return Costs
● You are responsible for shipping the item to our service centre (address below) when returning for inspection.
● Once approved, Volt28 will cover shipping back to you for the replacement unit.
● If the return is not eligible (e.g., due to misuse, late notification, missing accessories), you may bear the cost of the return shipping or the claim may be rejected.
6. Refunds
● Because Volt28 products are largely consumable accessories (cables etc.), we generally offer replacement rather than full refunds.
● Refunds may be considered only in specific cases (e.g., product discontinued, replacement not available) and will be processed after inspection, less any bank/courier charges.
● Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
7. Non‐Returnable / Non‐Exchangeable Items
● Products damaged due to improper use, power surges, liquids, modifications.
● Items without original packaging, missing accessories or proof of purchase.
● Returns requested purely due to change of mind, unless there is a valid manufacturing defect.
8. Notification Timeframes & Exceptions
● Please notify us of any defect on arrival within 7 days of delivery. Failure to do so may invalidate the claim.
● Replacement or service time may take up to 10–12 working days (including shipping and inspection).
● We are not liable for delays due to courier, customs, or other external factors beyond our control.

10. Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
